These Terms govern your access and use of anwave.space, including anwave space P2P, digital asset marketplace functionality, wallet connection services, and related platform services.
1. Definitions
anwave.space, User, Wallet, Blockchain Network, Digital Assets, anwave space P2P, and Marketplace are defined in the full document. anwave.space is the platform — not Marketplace-only terms.
2. Nature of Service
anwave.space provides software infrastructure. anwave.space does not act as buyer, seller, custodian, broker, financial intermediary, or counterparty. User transactions are at their own risk.
3–4. Wallet Connection & Responsibility
Connecting a wallet does not create custody. Users are solely responsible for wallet security, keys, recovery phrases, and transaction confirmations.
5. Blockchain Risks
Irreversible transactions, smart contract failures, network failures, wallet failures, protocol changes, incorrect addresses, and delays. See Risk Disclosure for detail.
6. anwave space P2P terms
anwave.space provides offer presentation, trade tracking, settlement interface, and monitoring. No guarantee of profitability, value, counterparty reliability, or liquidity.
7. Escrow / Settlement
Settlement may use technical escrow logic. anwave.space does not take custody of user assets.
8. Marketplace
Assets belong to Users. anwave.space does not verify all ownership claims or guarantee authenticity. Availability may be limited during beta.
9–13. Fees, No Advice, Restricted Activities, Availability, Liability
Platform fees (maker 1.5% + taker 1.5% on successful settlement), platform cancellation fee (0.5% when C4 applies), and network execution cost are disclosed separately in the P2P Fee Policy. Network and protocol fees may apply. No investment advice. Prohibited activities include fraud, laundering, sanctions evasion, and platform attacks. Services may be suspended. Liability limited as described in the full Terms.
